Regarding our services
All services need correct date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. If you do not have any of these details, kindly take Palmistry predictions service (SNO 3).
In Astrology predictions service (SNO 2) and Palmistry predictions service (SNO 3), you can select any questions from the list provided there. You cannot ask those questions not mentioned in the list.
To get answers for your own questions concerning some specific area or trouble, you can take Astro-Palmistry Service (SNO 9). This is a specialized service where both Astrology and Palmistry are integrated in arriving at better accuracy. Hence fees will be high. In this service, after submission of your questions, we will inform you regarding how much fees to be paid and how to pay.
Mention supporting information
It is compulsory to mention the supporting information and background information briefly for each question asked in the request form. This will enable us to give you more personalized predictions.
When you are asking any question regarding your married life or children, you should mention your spouse’s date of birth, time of birth and place of birth in the supporting information.
When you are asking any question regarding your health, you should mention what health problems you are currently facing and when these problems started (mention dates).
Suppose you are asking a question like ‘Which business is suitable for me? ‘, you should mention the businesses in which you are interested.
The process of taking our services
After filling up the request form for a service, kindly verify all the details entered are correct or not. Once you send the request, no modifications are entertained.
After receiving request for a service, we will give you an acknowledgement mail within 1 or 2 days of time. Acknowledgement mail is not auto generated. It is given manually. Hence, you have to wait for the acknowledgement mail.
Once your fees and details are received, it will take 5 to 6 days to send you the report. When there is a heavy rush of cases, you may have to wait for another 3 to 4 days.
All reports are analyzed and manually typed by Dr R Nageswara Rao. We use computer software only for drawing the horoscopes.
Ask only specific questions
Kindly ask only specific questions related to current happenings. For example, ‘Tell me about my health condition till the end of my life’. This question needs preparing and analyzing your horoscopes for every year till the end of your life and hence cannot be answered.
Transaction failure - what to do
Sometimes, when you try to pay the fees using debit card or credit card, you may get a message like ‘Transaction failure occurred’. There are two main reasons for this. The first is either your card is invalid or its date is expired. Check your card and use a valid card. If your card is valid in all respects, probably your bank server is not responding to the transaction at that moment. In this case, you have to wait for 1 or 2 hours, go to ‘our services’ section, re-enter your details and then try again.
After taking the service
After receiving your report, if you have any doubts in understanding the report or if you feel your questions are not answered, then you can give a mail to us within 15 days from the date of report, quoting the case number.
All doubts should be expressed in the same mail. Once doubts are clarified, further mails cannot be answered. While expressing the doubts, new questions cannot be answered. Kindly take a new service for answering new questions.
You should quote the case number in all future transactions. The mails without case number are ignored.
